Wrinkle Relaxers
Our neurotoxin treatments, we offer several brands, Botox, Dysport & Jeuveau, offer a refined approach to smoothing fine lines and wrinkles in the face, allowing for a more youthful and refreshed appearance without altering your natural expressions, ensuring results that are both subtle and impactful.
Biostimulators

Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) & EZGEL PRF

Microneedling

Chemical Peels
We have lighter Glytone peels or a medium depth tretinoin peel created by our medical director, Dr Dormer. Our chemical peels are effective in addressing fine lines, acne, hyperpigmentation, and overall skin texture, providing clients with a rejuvenated complexion and a renewed sense of confidence in their appearance.
Dermal Fillers

Dawn Hanson, RN, BSN

With over two decades of experience in the nursing field, Dawn has always been drawn towards the aesthetic aspect of healthcare. She appreciates the unique blend of art, science, and precision that aesthetic medicine demands. Her journey in aesthetics began a few years ago at a renowned plastic surgery center in Austin, Texas.
Dawn’s passion for aesthetics flourished as she immersed herself in an insurmountable number of trainings focused on aesthetic procedures and injectables, learning from some of the industry’s most reputable trainers. Her foundational training in dermal fillers and neurotoxin started with the esteemed Injection U and Skin by Lovely in Portland, OR.
Dawn’s approach to aesthetics is deeply rooted in her belief in enhancing natural beauty. She excels in creating personalized treatment plans for her patients, understanding that each individual’s aesthetic journey is unique and evolves over time. Dawn’s dedication to her patients extends beyond treatments; she invests time in building genuine, trusting relationships, ensuring that each person feels valued and understood under her care.
Dr. Anita Dormer

Meet Dr. Anita Dormer, a warm-hearted and innovative leader in aesthetic medicine. Dr. Anita’s journey began in the intense world of Critical Care and pulmonary medicine, where she dedicated over 20 years to treating thousands of burn victims. This experience sparked her interest in controlled skin healing and cosmetic health, leading her to establish her own cosmetic medical practice in 2000. Her unique qualifications stem from a triple-boarded fellowship, as well as her roles as both an associate and assistant professor at major universities, equipping her to expertly tackle complex health and beauty issues.
Dr. Anita Dormer specializes in custom beauty and skin care treatments deriving from her collaborative efforts with some of the world’s most innovative chemists. She is renowned for her gentle, noninvasive treatments that leave the skin radiantly youthful. Dr. Anita extends her expertise through her own line of scientifically backed, luxurious skincare products, featuring unique, high-quality ingredients to enhance skin health.
Amy Mackey, FNP
Nurse Practictioner
Amy Mackey is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from ETSU with her Master’s in Nursing and is pursuing her psychiatric NP. Amy finds joy in community health but also loves and appreciates being able to help support those who are passionate about self-care, aesthetics, and wellness in the most holistic way.

My name is Megan and I’m thrilled to announce that I’m now accepting clients in the heart of West Asheville right on Haywood Road in this vibrant community & gorgeous space that has been curated to guide you towards the healing remedies of aesthetic treatments, massage, facials, and brow lamination. I have 12 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and 7 years in Asheville, I consider myself a multi-faceted practitioner and go above and beyond with my clients.
In Asheville, I have helped a variety of clients including my fellow yogis, kayakers, mountain bikers, climbers, disc golfers, etc. and for all those needing a rejuvenating session, emotionally and / or physically. I am here to help you find that perfect escape to help you unwind, heal, and improve vitality to help you achieve your goals. I will exceed expectations with professionalism and, most importantly, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all.
I am also a Licensed Esthetician. I added Esthetics to my list of trades in 2021. I believe your skin is one of the most important organs to protect and maintain. I had my own experience with correcting sun exposure & preventing aging with developing a skincare routine & step by step facial procedure since roaming under the sun in Hawaii and Charleston. My passion is to educate & pamper you with a facial designed for your skin type, including a massage during your treatment to help you unwind. Alice Bare
Reiki
Alice Bare is a Reiki master/teacher of the Usui lineage who delights in helping clients coax forth their truest, most brilliant selves. She is an intuitive who specializes in ancestral healing and deep energetic work, accessing wounds and blockages that can have us feeling stuck, drained, and unproductive.
She studied with teachers in both Chicago and Asheville, and first started working as a Reiki practitioner when she lived in the Yucatán in 2011. Alice is also a painter and jewelry artist and a writer of vivid words. She believes in the healing power of expressed creativity, and guides clients back to the inner child who just wants to make art and have fun. She is also a rites of passage facilitator who honors the importance of creating ritual around big life changes and meaningful events.
She would love to bring some Reiki light into your life, and is excited to be at West Asheville Aesthetics & Wellness.
