Stop tretinoin 3 days before. Skip strenuous hikes for 24 hours before.
Numbing
About 40 minutes of numbing cream. For microneedling, we draw your PRF in-office.
Treatment
About 30–60 minutes on the face and neck, then PRF or your add-ons.

How much is microneedling in Asheville?
Microneedling with PRF is $340 per session, and that includes both PRF and your neck. A package of 5 is $1,360. TriLift RF microneedling is $800 per session including the neck, or $2,000 for a package of 3.
Is PRF included with microneedling?
Yes. PRF, prepared from a small sample of your own blood, is included in every microneedling session at no extra cost. Many clinics charge extra for it.
Is the neck included?
Yes, for both treatments. Microneedling with PRF and RF microneedling both include the face and neck.
What’s the difference between microneedling and RF microneedling?
Microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin to support collagen, and we pair it with PRF. RF microneedling adds radiofrequency energy through the needles for more firming and tightening. We use TriLift, which treats only 1 mm into the skin with uninsulated needles. Unlike devices that go deeper and hotter, this makes it a gentler, lower-risk option.
What add-ons are available?
ToskaniMed nutrients ($150), Lumicen polynucleotides ($150), under-eye mesotherapy ($150) and topical Ariessence PDGF+ ($295). Any of them can be added to either treatment.
Does it hurt?
We apply numbing cream first, and most clients feel only mild tingling or prickling.
What is the downtime?
Expect redness like a mild sunburn for 1–2 days, followed by 3–5 days of dryness or light flaking. Avoid makeup for about 36 hours.
How many sessions will I need?
Most people do 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Acne scarring may need more. Results continue to build over 1–3 months for microneedling and 3–6 months for RF microneedling.
Can I get microneedling if I get Botox?
Yes. Just space the two treatments a few days apart.
